Don't miss your chance to part of THE event for new & expecting parents in the SF Bay Area. This year we continue our objective of educating new and expecting parents, exhibiting local resources and showcasing Bay Area designers with products geared towards new parents & baby.
We also have additional Sponsorship and Advertising opportunities available. Sponsors will benefit from dramatically increased exposure and will be featured prominently on all marketing materials including direct mailers print ads, signage, email marketing and press releases.
Can't make it to the SFBBF? You can still participate through sponsorship, advertising or by contributing to our Gift Bags which will be handed out to the first 250 attendees. This is a great way to get your coupon, sample or promotional materials directly into the hands of new & expectant parents.

San Francisco Birth & Baby Fair Saturday September 6th, 2008- 10am to 3pm (set up begins at 8:30am) The Fort Mason Conference Center ~ 99 Marina Blvd, San Francisco, Ca 94123
EXHIBITOR SPACES:
$100 - 4' table space - This is a shared 8' table
$125 - 4' Space & Gift Bag inclusion
$175 - 8' table
$200 - 8' table & Gift Bag inclusion
All Exhibitors Receive:
1 chair for a 4' space or 2 chairs for an 8' space and access to electricity if needed
A listing and link to your site on fair website
Name on marketing materials and/or invitations*
Listing with company and contact information on event program*
Attendee contact information (with raffle participation only)
Free admission passes
Please include a one line description of your business with your registration for inclusion in our print materials.

pregnancy, childbirth and early parenting resource center located in
San Francisco.
*Applications and payment must be received by July 1st for your information to be included in marketing & program materials.
Invoices will be sent out with your acceptance notifcation.
We have limited spaces available so please secure your place by sending
in your payment as soon as you receive your acceptance notification and invoice.
