We also pay you up to 50% of the selling price..... a LARGER PERCENTAGE than most other consignment stores.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR. Our customers want stylish, Mid to High-end clothing (Gap and up). All maternity apparel must be FRESHLY WASHED or dry cleaned, FREE OF MAJOR WRINKLES, in LIKE NEW CONDITION and CURRENTLY IN STYLE (no more than 3 years old).

SELLER'S AGREEMENT - Fill out completely, sign & date.
BAG LABEL - Attach to each bag.

6. CHOOSE A DELIVERY METHOD & DELIVER YOUR ITEMS - Please deliver your items in a bag or box you do NOT want back. UNACCEPTED items: If you sort your items according to the above criteria we should accept most,
if not all of your items. If, however, there are items we do not accept please
note the following:
We donate
non-sellable items to organizations that benefit low-income new & expecting
parents. If you'd prefer to reclaim these items you may request that they are
mailed back at your expense** or make arrangements to pick them up from our
Alameda Office***. You must indicate your desire to reclaim items on
both your Seller's Agreement & Inventory Form. If no choice is made we will
assume donation.
* These
steps must be followed to insure your items are accounted for properly. We take
no responsibility for items dropped off improperly.
** Unaccepted items: The cost of shipping, and handling, will be deducted from your first
payment. If no items are accepted for sale or if the consignment value of the
accepted items is under $20 you will be contacted to make other arrangements to
retrieve your items.
*** Any items unclaimed after 14 days of arranged
retrieval date will become property of Maternity Xchange.

Once You Deliver Your Items
WE WILL....
1. Choose the items our customers are looking for - Stylish, upscale clothing in great condition
2. Sell your clothing for up to five months at our monthly sales - Items will be marked down after 90 days.
3. Send you payment as items sell. Checks are sent out after the 15th of each month for all items sold the previous month.
UNSOLD ITEMS: If you would like unsold items returned you must contact us at accounts@maternityxchange.com before the end of your selling cycle (approximately four months after delivery) We will then arrange to return your items. Any unclaimed items will become property of Maternity Xchange.
