As a result you will often net a HIGHER RETURN for your items than with many other resale options.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR. Our customers want stylish, Mid to High-end clothing (Gap and up). All maternity apparel must be FRESHLY WASHED or dry cleaned, FREE OF MAJOR WRINKLES, in LIKE NEW CONDITION and CURRENTLY IN STYLE (no more than 3 years old).
INVENTORY FORM - List your contact info and items for sale.
SELLER'S AGREEMENT - Fill out completely, sign & date.
BAG LABEL - Attach to each bag.
4. *PLACE FORMS IN WITH YOUR NEATLY FOLDED CLOTHING -NO HANGERS please
5. *SECURELY ATTACH BAG LABEL TO EACH BAG - or neatly write all the same information on each bag in permanent marker
6. DROP OF YOUR ITEMS @ NATURAL RESOURCES - 1367 Valencia St San Francisco, CA 94110. Please deliver your items in a bag or box you do NOT want back.
7. IF YOU'VE REQUESTED IT PICK UP ANY UNACCEPTED ITEMS** - We will call you once we look through your items to let you know if there are items we will not be accepting.
UNACCEPTED items: If you sort your items according to the above criteria we should accept most,
if not all of your items. If, however, there are items we do not accept please
note the following:
We donate
non-sellable items to organizations that benefit low-income new & expecting
parents. If you'd prefer to reclaim these items you may pick them up from Natural Resources within two weeks of our contacting you. You must indicate your desire to reclaim unaccepted items on
both your Seller's Agreement & Inventory Form. If no choice is made we will
assume donation.
* These
steps must be followed to insure your items are accounted for properly. We take
no responsibility for items dropped off improperly.
** Any items unclaimed after 14 days of arranged
retrieval date will become property of Maternity Xchange.

Once You Deliver Your Items
WE WILL....
1. Choose the items our customers are looking for - Stylish, upscale clothing in great condition
2. Contact you to let you know how many items are being accepted for sale within 3 business days of drop off.
2. Sell your clothing for 3 months - Items may be marked down after 30 days and again after 60 days.
3. Send you payment as items sell. Checks are sent out after the 15th of each month for all items sold the previous month.
UNSOLD ITEMS: If you would like unsold items returned you must contact us at accounts@maternityxchange.com before the end of your selling cycle (approximately 6 weeks after delivery). You will be contacted with the date your items will be available for pick up. Unclaimed items will become property of Maternity Xchange if not picked up within 2 weeks of notification.
